SAINT PETERSBURG, RUSSIA – July 15: Protestors pull on a locked gate as others chant, “We are not people of sin” and other political slogans after police inform activists they cannot leave Kirov Stadium to protest due to all protest being banned on July 15, 2006 in Saint Petersburg. Protests were banned across the city during the summit and about 200 protestors were arrested for breaching the ban.
