Hundreds Gather Outside Court as Stansted 15 Face Sentencing

February 6, 2019 · by jasonnparkinson

Hundreds of protestors gather in solidarity outside Crown Court as the Stansted 15 defendants face sentencing on charges of terrorism, for breaking into Stansted airport to halt a deportation, Chelmsford, UK. 06/02/2019.

Defendant Emma Hughes said the Crown Prosecution Service had stopped at nothing to bring totally over-the-top charges against them and they were being made an example of because they had exposed how the Home Office were putting people into danger through the hostile environment immigration policy.
